Submit a Property for Review
We currently serve Valdosta, GA but plan on expanding to cities around the US. You can source new deals and start a project.
Step 3
Contact Realtor
Once you have a property you're interested in, contact the property's realtor and ask if you can send a project manager to scope the property.
Step 4
Contact House of Work PM
The moment you contact our project manager, they will begin working with the realtor to give you a scope of work estimate.
Step 5
You Aquire Property
This step is pretty straight forward. You acquire the property so we can start the project. If you need a Financier, let us know.
Step 6
Project Starts
Our project manager will work with our trusted crew to complete the project and give you updates along the way in the platform.
Step 7
Sell or Rent Property
This is where the fun begins. Our realtors will go to bat for you and ensure you receive a positive return on investment.
